We continue to work toward improving patient access to our services and maintain, if not exceed, patient satisfaction with healthcare services received within the Shrine system. To date, patient and provider satisfaction rates have been exceptionally high. Average overall satisfaction exceeded 95%. The average time a patient was required to wait to see a provider dropped from 73.3 minutes to 17.7 minutes in a telemedicine clinic, producing tremendous benefit for patients and their families. We are encouraged by these satisfaction results and look forward to the continued success with the telemedicine program.
