Patient and Family Satisfaction

We continue to work toward improving patient access to our services and maintain, if not exceed, patient satisfaction with healthcare services received within the Shrine system.  To date, patient and provider satisfaction rates have been exceptionally high. 
Average overall satisfaction exceeded 95%. The average time a patient was required to wait to see a  provider dropped from 73.3 minutes to 17.7 minutes in a telemedicine clinic, producing tremendous benefit for patients and their families.  We are encouraged by these satisfaction results and look forward to the continued success with the telemedicine program.

Patient Requests

An increasing number of patients living in remote locations are requesting telemedicine clinic access to Shrine practitioners.  Recent requests include numerous patients living in rural Wyoming, Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, Utah and Colorado.  We are currently working with the Shrine Temples and networks in each state to accommodate these patients closer to their place of residence. We will be opening up sites throughout Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho and Arizona to accommodate these patients.  SHC Intermountain serves a very large geographical area.
